Healing Hands Family Healthcare Membership packages

• All annual registration fees are $100 per person & $50 for each additional family member added to the plan. 
• Pricing varies by age as shown below
  • 2-18yrs old $40 monthly
  • 19-25yrs old $50 monthly 
  • 26-39yrs old $75 monthly 
  • 40-64yrs old $95 monthly
  • 65 yrs old+ $130 monthly

• Annual Physical with baseline labs 
• Establish Patient Follow Ups 
• Sick and acute visits
• Telehealth Visit 

Note: All memberships require a minimum 3 month commitment  billed to the card left on file 

Work memberships are offered for $80 a month per employee.  Registration Fees are waived for companies with more than five employees.
